🚚 Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India only, covering most serviceable PIN codes through our trusted logistics partner, RapidShyp.
⏳ Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with tracking details.
🚛 Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 6–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
💸 Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹399.
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹40 will be charged on orders below ₹399.
🔎 Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment using the tracking ID sent to your registered email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If you need help, contact us at care@redbrew.in.
📦 Packaging & Handling
We ensure all products are packed in hygienic, sealed packaging to retain freshness and quality during transit.
🚫 Non-Deliverable Areas
If our delivery partners are unable to deliver to your PIN code, we will notify you and provide a full refund or alternate option.
