✅ Return & Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged/Defective Product: If tea packaging is torn, leaked, or contaminated upon delivery.

  • Incorrect Item Delivered: You received a product other than what you ordered.

  • Expired Product: The product is past its printed expiry date.

  • Unopened & Resalable Condition: If still sealed in original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.


 

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed tea

  • Change of preference or taste

  • Products sold under special offers or promotional discounts

  • Customized or personalized products


 

🗓 Instructions to Request a Return/Refund

  1. Contact us via support@redbrew.in or WhatsApp at [Your Business Number] within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order ID and proof of purchase

    • Clear photos of the product issue (damage, incorrect item, expiry)

  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm your request.

  4. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipment.

    • Return shipping is free if the error is on our part; otherwise, return shipping costs apply.


 

🔄 Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are available only for same-product replacements, subject to stock availability.

  • Make the request within 7 days of delivery.

  • If approved, your original item will be picked up and the replacement sent simultaneously.

  • Price differences will be settled accordingly.


 

💵 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product (if return was required).

  • If payment was via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be sent to your bank account or UPI after we receive your details.


 

⚠️ Quality Check on Returns

All returned items undergo a quality check. Returns that are damaged, tampered with, or incomplete may be rejected or returned to you with no refund.


 

📍 Shipping & Notification

  • For free shipping eligible orders (above ₹399), return shipping is credited to you if the return is due to our error.

  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp at every step—request received, pickup scheduled, refund/exchange processed, and completed.
